Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES-

Located In Sudbury Ontario, shipping available Canada wide. 
Sometimes if you are adding a saddle and another item like a tack set the website will combine 2 shipping rates. If you think the shipping rate doesn’t look right please message me and I can manually create an order for you at the proper shipping cost. The shipping rates on our website are flat rate, with a variety of products in stock we can not add individual shipping rates per products. If you want to order little items they can be shipped in flat rate or untracked with envelopes at a cheaper price point. Please message me if you’d like to do this. 

Flat rate $25 in Ontario for up to 20 items

Flat rate $30 outside of Ontario for up to 20 items. 

Saddle Shipping Western Ontario $75 Outside of Ontario $90 

English- Ontario $50 Outside of Ontario $60 

I have had to increase our shipping rates  a little to the prices above as the fuel surcharges per package has gone up astronomically with the fuel price increase. These rates still do not cover the actual cost for a lot of packages. 
How to get the best bang for your buck when it comes to shipping cost? 
-Bundle an order with a friend and split the shipping, order together or ship together! 

Orders are shipped 1-3 days after purchase however please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be shipped.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for your item to arrive but entirely depends on the post office and can sometimes take around a week especially if out of province.
