Refund policy

Return Policy.

Returns must be made within 48 hours of the item being delivered. Returns are only applicable on items that are in the same condition as when they were purchased. Used items and consignment items are not available for a return unless item is faulty/ not as described.
Returned items are refunded via the same payment used to order. If you  cancel or return an order that was paid via credit or debit card, the fees (3%) will be taken out of the refund. We cover the fees (3%) for every order as we value our customers, but unfortunately we can not lose/cover the fees when an order is cancelled. Shipping fees and return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. 
SADDLE RETURNS/ TRIALS

New Saddles-

We encourage those purchasing saddles to take a trial period, you have 48 hours after delivery/ pickup to try the saddle and start the return if needed. New saddles must not have any wear marks ie scratches, rubs, dirt, hair, must come back in new condition with the tags still attached. Please try the saddle over a clean towel etc. If the saddle is to be returned shipping fees and return shipping or delivery is the buyers responsibility, as well as credit card fees if the order was placed via credit card. 
*Saddles that are special ordered in are not available for return*.
*Used Saddles are not available for a trial without contacting me first, a lot of our used saddles are in on consignment and trials need to be ran past the owner before hand. If you’re interested in a used saddle and needing a trial, please message me before purchasing.
